I would use the following video to introduce the use of technology within our classroom for the year and also to promote acceptable use. We would brainstorm ideas on how we, as a class, could incorporate social media to enhance our learning. This would also be the time in which we have a discussion about using social media appropriately.

I agree, inspirational video. Funny story...the video mentions K is learning on iPads not chalkboards. I have two large chalkboards in my room and the kids think that they are the greatest! One of my more popular raffle tickets is to write on the chalkboard. Funny, I guess a chalkboard is a new concept for them.

ReplyDeleteI love this video and it really makes me think. I really am thinking about how I can incorporate more technology into my classroom. I do flipped lessons so, now I am thinking about other ideas and continuing to work on my blog so I could use this as a tool for my students.
